Our Story
Age of Calculator started with a simple frustration: every existing age calculator we could find was either cluttered with ads, required you to hand over your email, or gave results that were only partially useful — just "you're 32" rather than 32 years, 4 months, and 17 days. And nearly all of them looked like they hadn't been touched since 2009 — grey input boxes, Arial font, and a design that made you feel like you were filing a tax return.
We set out to build something better. A tool that respects your time, respects your privacy, and actually delights you with the results. Something you'd genuinely want to bookmark and come back to.
What We Believe
A few principles guide everything we build:
- Privacy by default. Every calculation runs entirely in your browser. Your date of birth is never transmitted to our servers — not even once.
- Free, always. Our calculators will always be free to use. We keep the lights on through unobtrusive display advertising.
- Precision matters. We go beyond "you're 33" to give you the full picture: years, months, days, hours, seconds, fun facts, and more.
- Design counts. A calculator doesn't have to look boring. We put genuine care into every detail of the experience.
